All CHUWY brownies are baked fresh and delivered the same day.
CHUWY brownies are best eaten fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days.

Frequently asked questions
When will my CHUWY order be delivered?
Orders placed before 2:30pm are eligible for same-day delivery. Deliveries begin from 6:30pm.
What happens if I order past 2:30pm?
Don't worry! We will bake and deliver your order the following day during our delivery run.
What if I'm not available during your delivery time?
Send us an email and we will try our best to accomodate you.
Can I preorder?
Of course! Simply add your desired delivery day in your cart under special instructions.
Is my brownie baked fresh?
Yes. Every CHUWY order is baked fresh on the same day it’s delivered.
Where do you deliver?
We offer free delivery to selected local areas including Matua, Judea, Brookfield, Otumoetai and Pillans Point. Delivery to areas outside our free local zone is subject to a delivery fee, where available.
Can I refrigerate my brownie?
Refrigerating your CHUWY brownies can extend their shelf-life, but can also make brownies firmer. If you do refrigerate it, let it come back to room temperature before eating for a softer CHUWY bite.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Because every order is baked fresh, we may not be able to cancel or refund an order once preparation has started
What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?
Contact us as soon as you notice. If we haven’t started delivery yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Redelivery fees may apply if we’ve already attempted delivery to the address provided.
Can I order CHUWY as a gift?
Yes. Please let us know it’s a gift in the special instructions at cart and include any message or delivery details you’d like us to know. That way we can make sure the recipient knows who it’s from when we deliver it.
